Breaking Adults is an adult breakdance class focused on developing breakdance technique, strength, and movement flow. Designed for dancers and athletes with prior movement experience, the class covers footwork, freezes, transitions, and power movement foundations while improving coordination, rhythm, and conditioning. Sessions combine dance technique with athletic training to support both performance and skill development.
