Foundation

The Base

We start by building a strong, capable body. This means developing the essential strength, flexibility, and joint health you need to move safely and confidently in any situation.

Skill & Control

The Structure

Once you have the strength, we turn it into control. You will learn specific skills like how to balance, manage your body's momentum, go upside down, and interact smoothly with objects around you.

Creative Flow

The Peak

The highest level of the system. We move beyond strict exercises so you can tap into true movement intelligence—connecting your skills with your own personal rhythm, creativity, and absolute freedom.

The 9 Levels of FAM

A structured, progressive journey ensuring your foundation is flawless before introducing complexity.

LEVEL 1 - STARTING POINT

Foundations of mobility, coordination and body awareness with basic strength and movement control.

This level is for you if

  • You have little or no structured movement training

  • You feel disconnected from your body or stiff in daily life

  • You want to understand how your body works before adding complexity

  • You're returning after injury or a long period of inactivity

What you will develop

  • Full-body joint mobility and passive flexibility

  • Basic coordination patterns and rhythm

  • Spatial and body awareness in static positions

  • Introductory bodyweight strength (push, pull, squat, hinge)

  • Breath control and baseline tension awareness
