We start by building a strong, capable body. This means developing the essential strength, flexibility, and joint health you need to move safely and confidently in any situation.

The Structure
Once you have the strength, we turn it into control. You will learn specific skills like how to balance, manage your body's momentum, go upside down, and interact smoothly with objects around you.

Foundations of mobility, coordination and body awareness with basic strength and movement control.
