Calisthenics 1 is a beginner-friendly bodyweight training class designed for people starting their strength journey. The class introduces fundamental exercises such as push-ups, assisted pull-ups, dips, squats, and core training while improving mobility, coordination, and overall fitness. Participants learn proper technique and progressive strength development to build a strong foundation for advanced calisthenics training.
