Class Description

Calisthenics 2 is an advanced bodyweight strength training class designed for athletes with at least six months of experience in calisthenics or strength training. The class focuses on developing upper-body and core strength through pull-ups, dips, advanced progressions, skill-based drills, and conditioning circuits. Training sessions emphasize technique, control, and performance to support more advanced calisthenics skills.
